TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What this place isDEADTAPE is a work of fiction presented as a discussion board. Everything here is fiction. Treat it that way, including anything that looks like evidence.
Your accountYou are responsible for your account and your password. Usernames are public. Email addresses are never displayed and are used only for verification and password resets. One person may hold an account; do not share accounts.
Posting at your own discretionYou may post text, images, audio, and files the board accepts. You are responsible for what you post. Posting is live: moderators review after the fact, not before.
What you may not postNothing illegal. Nothing stolen: do not post material you do not have the right to share. Nothing abusive: no harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other posters. Nothing misleading presented as fact about real people or events. No personal information about real people, including addresses, phone numbers, and private images. No spam.
Removal and reportingModerators may remove any post, close any account, and ban any network, at their discretion, without warning. Abusive, stolen, or misleading content may be reported to the relevant platform, provider, or authority. Content the law requires us to report, including illegal images, is reported to the appropriate national reporting body as soon as we become aware of it, as federal law requires.
CopyrightIf you believe material here infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the work and the post to the contact below. Material that infringes will be removed. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
No promisesThe board is provided as is. Threads, files, and accounts may be removed, lost, or changed. The fiction label is not a promise that anything here is safe to believe.
ContactCopyright notices: dmca@deadtape.earth. Everything else reaches the founder through the board.
